Dad First Aid Kit

I've got a few of these, one in my day out rucksack, one in my sling bag and one in my cross body bag. No matter which one I grab I've got the ability to deal with cuts & scrapes. If I'm going anywhere exciting i'll take a full first aid kit and there's a full one in each car, but just to have these in every bag I use is handy, not just for the kids either!

The bags are made of UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), so they're tough, lightweight (11gr) and a bit waterproof. They're about 150x95mm and have a zipper opening. The Zip isn't waterproof, so neither is the bag, but unless it's pouring it down, they'll be fine.

In each DadFaK are a six things The plasters are those fancy Nexcare flexy ones. They're a teeny bit more effort to apply but stick easily and stay stuck even on bendy bits like fingers. There's a few small ones and a few medium ones in each DadFaK.

The Heel Guards are very similar to the plasters. They're heel shaped bits of sticky transparent flexible material. They stay stuck all day long. They're ideal for protecting heels from the bite of new shoes and great for scrapes elsewhere on feet. These are mostly used by the kids.

The wipes are handy for cleaning cuts, scrapes and grazes before covering if required. They're handy for general clean up duties too.

The pain killers are just general purpose paracetamol. Adult ones for most and easy to eat ones for our youngest.
