Dry Bag
I've got a couple of the older style rubbery dry bags. They're brilliant if you're going somewhere wet. I've taken them out on kayaks, boats, beaches etc. and they've never let me down. I got them from Aldi or Lidl years ago. They're great, the only downside to them is their weight and their lack of shoulder straps. I saw these on aliexpress and went all in, I got three, one for me and one each for the boys. They're made of coated nylon and have shoulder straps.
The bags weigh about 400g and are tube shaped, about 800mm circumference and when it's rolled 4 or 5 times it's 550mm high, according to my high school maths it's about 28 litres, so it matches with the 30l printing. The bags were cheap, they were only £6 each. The bags got drenched over the weekend and the contents remained fully dry. I'm not sure they'd survive an underwater trip, but for 6 quid they're unbeatable.
The seams are all heat sealed and the sealing is clearly defined on the bag. The main seal round the back is heat sealed and taped. The stitching on the handle is straight, even and neat. The closure clip is a decent size and makes a nice clicky noise when closed. The plastic clips and D rings are smooth and well finished. The zip on the front pouch is coated, and mounted inside out to prevent water ingress. Is it a fully waterproof rubber one? No. But in heavy rain it worked fine.
