This is my real-world Three Peaks Roll Top 22L review, based on using it as a waterproof daypack, discreet carry-on and everyday family bag.

Three Peaks design all their bags in South Wales, this particular bag is (like almost everything) made in China.
The fits in the small carry on size for everyone most airlines. It's 450x350x140mm, it's slightly too wide for Ryanair, but with some light squashing I think you'd be fine. I'll be taking it next time I go to Belfast, I'll report back.
The bag is made from recycled PET which is formed into a 600D material that has a slight texture, a bit like canvas.

The bag & zips are waterproof. The material is flexes like canvas and feels plenty durable. It hasn't scuffed or cracked in the couple of months I've had it and been using it.
Waterproof Zip
Waterproof zip.

The main compartment has a couple of zips at the front to make it easy getting stuff in and out. Inside are a well padded laptop sleeve, a smaller sleve ideal for a magazine and a zipped mesh sleeve that fit’s a kindle and a dad's flat first aid kit. There's an expanding pocket on each side that take a 750ml water bottle without issue.

The straps are about 70mm wide which is fine for a lightweight carry on bag. They have adjustable chest straps if they're your thing. They're plenty long enough for me (197cm) and have enough adjustability to make finding a comfortable length easy.

The back has a hidden compartment which is perfect for a phone, slim wallet, travel docs etc.

Sneaky Pocket

The back of the bag is covered in a meshy fabric and is padded enough that whatever you put in it doesn't poke you. There's also a handy zip round the back that gives you access to the main compartment without having to open the front ones. Ideal for fishing things out of the bottom or back of bag.

I got this bag along with a couple of others during a sale. All of the bags have performed well, they kept the contents together and are cumfy to wear. None of the bags have big shouty logos on them, they're nice and discreet (which I like). I like the muted green colour, it's easy to spot but doesn't draw unnecessary attention to itself. Side note. The boxes they came in were awesome.

Pros
Carry on size · Waterproof · Discreet
Cons
Not cheap
