Reproofing
It's spring. Spring is the time for some of my favourite jobs. Jet washing, first grass mow, lawn fertiliser, fence painting. Reproofing stuff is one of those jobs. It delivers the same sort of payoff as waxing a car. The beads are not as tight, but they're still nice to watch after the rain. The last time I did this was in spring 2023. I should've probably done it last spring. I use Fabsil universal protector. It's a waterproofer and UV protectant. It stinks when you put it on, fades after a couple of hours. The waterproofing lasts for 3 years or so, the beads fade after 9 - 12 months.
