T Deck
I like messing with things radio related. One of these T Decks has been on my shopping list for a while, well it arrived yesterday. I've got a few Meshtastic/Meshcore devices, there are a couple of nodes by me that are pretty quiet, but I'm often out and about and the other devices I have are a bit faffy, they require a phone to interact with them. So this being an all in one device is a big selling point.
I've hooked it up to my roof antenna and I can get the local nodes without any problem, it's dead with the stock antenna, but that's cool, it works when I'm out and about. It's the Hamfest (how 'murican!) in a couple of weeks, I don't doubt there will be plenty traffic over there. Stay tuned for updates.
The device is cool, the Blackberry form factor is ideal. The screen is bright and easy to see. Good job Lilygo.
