Heating up
Fin was away camping this weekend, so we took Mitch's mate Parker with us to the Lancashire Steam & Vintage Festival in Wharles. Usual stuff on site, steam engines, stationary engines, commercial vehicles, food & drink stalls, tractor pulling and lawnmower racing.
Someone required ambulance help on Saturday afternoon, the air ambulance ended up landing in the main arena, after this the show ended up closing early. I hope the person was OK in the end. We were hanging about the arena area as the air ambulance took off, the kids we're both very excited to see this and were both over the moon when the pilot waved just before taking off.
